John Saracco
John Saracco, OTR/L, is an Occupational Therapist with clinical experience in geriatric care, sports injuries, upper extremity rehabilitation, and sports science. With educational backgrounds in both Athletic Training and Occupational Therapy, he provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for athletes and individuals across all age groups and functional levels.
John utilizes a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to treatment, focusing on restoring functional mobility, reducing pain, improving strength and range of motion, and facilitating safe return to daily activities, work, and athletic performance. His clinical interests include upper extremity rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, sports-related injuries, and functional performance training.
By integrating principles of biomechanics, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation, John works closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at maximizing independence and returning each patient to their prior level of function and quality of life. He provides care at the Hawthorne and Nutley, New Jersey locations, serving the surrounding communities with accessible outpatient rehabilitation services.
